Custom Rx Terms & Conditions
By using dcustomrx.com, placing an order, or uploading artwork to Custom Rx, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.
Custom Orders & Products
Many Custom Rx products are made, printed, personalized, or prepared specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, sizes, quantities, colors, artwork, and other order details before submitting an order.
Print-Ready Artwork
Print-ready artwork is printed as submitted. Files should be high-quality 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background when applicable. Customers are responsible for the quality, accuracy, transparency, sizing, and content of files they provide. Custom Rx is not responsible for defects that originate in customer-supplied artwork.
File Adjustments & Design Work
If resizing, background removal, cropping, adding text, or another requested file adjustment is needed, a $10 file adjustment/design fee may apply. More extensive custom design work may require a separate quote.
DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Customers are responsible for submitting or building artwork at the intended print size and reviewing their gang sheet or transfer layout before ordering. Print-ready files are produced as submitted unless a paid adjustment has been requested.
Color Variations
Colors may appear differently on phones, monitors, and other screens. Printed colors may vary slightly from digital previews. Reasonable differences in color or appearance are not considered production defects.
Production & Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, artwork readiness, product availability, workload, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Skip the Line — Priority Processing is available for an additional $10 when offered at checkout. It moves the order ahead in the production queue but does not guarantee same-day completion, shipping, delivery, or pickup.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Shipping time is separate from production time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Custom Rx, and Custom Rx is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Orders returned or misdelivered because of an incorrect customer-provided address may require an additional reshipping charge.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible Saginaw-area orders. Pickup information and instructions will be provided when the order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available to eligible Saginaw-area ZIP codes. Any applicable local delivery fee will be shown at checkout.
Refunds, Returns & Order Problems
Custom apparel, personalized products, DTF transfers, and gang sheets are generally final sale once production has begun. Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged orders, incorrect orders, and production errors are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. If there is a problem with your order, contact dcustomrx@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once artwork preparation or production has begun. Completed design or file-adjustment work is non-refundable.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout. An order is accepted for production after required payment, order information, and artwork have been received.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or submit prohibited or unlawful content. Custom Rx reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary. Any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and our posted policies.
Customer Rights to Submitted Artwork
By uploading or submitting artwork, images, logos, photographs, text, or other content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content for the requested order. You are responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other claims arising from content you submit without authorization.
Privacy
Your use of this website and the information you provide are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
Custom Rx may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, website, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
